Tony Skinn is a Nigerian-American basketball coach and former player. He played guard at George Mason University from 2003 to 2006, followed by a six-year professional playing career. Currently, he serves as the head men's basketball coach at George Mason University, his alma mater. Skinn was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and moved to the United States with his family at the age of two.
