January 2019: Loan to Holstein Kiel

2020: Loan to Vitória de Guimarães
In the summer of 2020, after briefly returning to Köln, Bisseck joined Portuguese side Vitória de Guimarães on a two-year loan deal.

On October 27, 2021, AGF exercised their buying option and signed Bisseck to a permanent deal until June 2026, effective immediately.
July 2023: Joins Inter Milan
On July 12, 2023, Bisseck permanently joined Serie A club Inter Milan until 2028, for around €7 million with bonuses.
November 2023: First Champions League Start
In November 2023, Bisseck made his first start for Inter Milan in a 1–0 UEFA Champions League win against RB Salzburg.
