Yusuf Dikeç is a Turkish pistol shooter who competes professionally. He is retired from the Turkish Gendarmerie where he was a non-commissioned officer. He is currently a member of the Jandarma Gücü Sports Club.

Yusuf Dikeç graduated from the Military School of Gendarmerie with the rank of sergeant in 1999. He served in Istanbul and later joined Jandarma Gücü, the sports club of the Turkish Gendarmerie, in Ankara.

Yusuf Dikeç and Şevval İlayda Tarhan won silver in the 10m air pistol Mixed team event at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France. Dikeç gained attention for his unconventional shooting style, using no protective gear, corrective lenses, or blinders, and shooting with both eyes open and his free hand in his pocket.
