Adrian Houser is a professional baseball pitcher currently playing for the Chicago White Sox in Major League Baseball (MLB). Prior to joining the White Sox, Houser played for the Milwaukee Brewers and the New York Mets. He is an American citizen. His primary role is a pitcher in professional baseball.
Adrian Houser signed a 1-year deal with the Chicago White Sox and made an immediate impact with six scoreless innings in his debut after rain delay, securing a 1-0 victory against the Mariners.

In 2011, Adrian Houser was drafted by the Houston Astros in the second round, with the 69th overall pick. He signed a contract with Houston three days later and was assigned to the Rookie-level Gulf Coast League (GCL) Astros.
During the 2012 season, Houser played for the Greeneville Astros, making 11 starts and achieving a 3-4 record with a 4.19 ERA and 54 strikeouts.
In 2013, Adrian Houser played for the Tri-City ValleyCats, pitching to an 0-4 record with a 3.42 ERA across 14 games, including nine starts.
In 2014, Adrian Houser played for the Quad Cities River Bandits, where he achieved a 5-6 record with a 4.14 ERA in 25 games, including 17 starts.
On July 30, 2015, Adrian Houser was traded to the Milwaukee Brewers, along with Brett Phillips, Domingo Santana, and Josh Hader, in exchange for Carlos Gómez and Mike Fiers. Houser was then assigned to the Biloxi Shuckers.
On September 26, 2015, Adrian Houser made his major league debut for the Milwaukee Brewers.
In 2015, Adrian Houser began the season with the Lancaster JetHawks and was later promoted to the Corpus Christi Hooks.
In 2016, Adrian Houser spent the entire season with the Biloxi Shuckers, recording a 3-7 record with a 5.25 ERA in 13 starts.
During the 2017 season, Adrian Houser's playing time was limited due to injury, resulting in only 17.2 innings pitched.
On June 17, 2018, Adrian Houser was recalled to the Milwaukee Brewers' major league roster and pitched against the Philadelphia Phillies the same day. He vomited twice on the mound during the game.

On August 11, 2019, during a game against the Texas Rangers, Adrian Houser vomited on the mound for the second time, after misfielding a ground ball. Despite this, he went on to notch ten strikeouts and secure the win.
In 2020, Adrian Houser recorded a 5.30 ERA and a 1-6 record with 44 strikeouts across 56.0 innings of work in 12 games for the Milwaukee Brewers.
On April 27, 2021, Adrian Houser hit his first major league home run off of Daniel Castano of the Miami Marlins.

On November 18, 2022, Adrian Houser signed a one-year, $3.6 million contract with the Milwaukee Brewers, thus avoiding arbitration.
