Anthony Weiner is an American former politician. He served as a U.S. Representative for New York from 1999 to 2011. A Democrat, he held the seat with over 60% of the vote. Weiner's career ended after a scandal involving sexually suggestive photos he sent to various women, including a minor. This led to his resignation from Congress in June 2011.
