Chase Rice is an American country music singer, songwriter, and television personality. He gained initial recognition as a contestant on Survivor: Nicaragua in 2010, finishing as the runner-up. Simultaneously, he shifted his focus to country music, achieving success as a songwriter. His songwriting credits include co-writing Florida Georgia Line's hit song, 'Cruise,' which achieved diamond certification.

From September 10, 2019, Chase Rice wrote and performed the inaugural theme song for The Pat McAfee Show.

On June 27, 2020, Chase Rice played a concert at the Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary in Petros, Tennessee, where many fans ignored safety measures against COVID-19. This event led to negative reactions and criticism.
