Clara Tauson is a Danish professional tennis player who achieved a career-high singles ranking of world No. 21 on March 3, 2025, and No. 124 in doubles on June 16, 2025. She has won three WTA Tour titles, all on hardcourts, showcasing her prowess on that surface. Tauson represents Denmark in professional tennis.
In 2013 Clara Tauson started playing junior tournaments at age 10.
In February 2016, Clara Tauson debuted on the ITF Junior Circuit.
In 2017, Clara Tauson debuted for the Denmark Fed Cup team. She also won the tennis tournament at the European Youth Olympic Festival in July and debuted on the professional ITF Women's Circuit in September. In October, she entered the WTA world-rankings and the following month, she took her first ITF title.

In 2018, Clara Tauson's biggest victories were the European Junior Championship in girls' singles and the Osaka Mayor's Cup. She also got a sponsor contract with Japanese sports equipment producer Yonex and won bronze at the ITF Junior Masters at the end of the year.
