David Archuleta

David Archuleta is an American singer-songwriter who gained prominence through televised singing competitions. He won the children's division of the Utah Talent Competition at age ten and became the Junior Vocal Champion on Star Search 2 at twelve. He achieved widespread recognition as the runner-up on the seventh season of American Idol in 2008.
