Erika Lane Kirk is an American businesswoman and nonprofit executive who became the CEO and chair of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) after her husband, Charlie Kirk, was assassinated in September 2025. She stepped into the role after his death, taking over the leadership of the conservative organization he co-founded.
