Fox Sports Live was a sports news program broadcast on Fox Sports 1. The show was hosted by Jay Onrait and Dan O'Toole, two Canadian sportscasters known for hosting late-night editions of SportsCentre on TSN. The program provided sports news and highlights to viewers.

1996: Premiere of Fox Sports News

In 1996, Fox Sports News premiered, which focused more on highlights than analysis on its Fox Sports Net slate of regional networks.

February 2016: Fox Sports Live Relaunch

In February 2016, Fox Sports Live was retooled as Fox Sports Live with Jay and Dan. It adopted a late-night talk show-styled format, with a larger focus on comedy segments and interviews than straight sports news.

February 22, 2016: Relaunch of Fox Sports Live

On February 22, 2016, Fox Sports Live was re-launched with a revamped format as Fox Sports Live with Jay and Dan, more akin to a late-night talk show with a focus on sports-related comedy and interviews.

February 23, 2017: Cancellation of Fox Sports Live

On February 23, 2017, Fox Sports Live was cancelled. Jay and Dan subsequently returned to TSN to host a revival of their previous show.
