1995: McDonald's All-American and NBA Draft

In 1995, Kevin Garnett was named a McDonald's All-American at Farragut Career Academy and was selected fifth overall by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the NBA draft, becoming the first player drafted directly from high school in 20 years.
