Marcus Paige is an American professional basketball coach and former player. He is known for his college basketball career with the North Carolina Tar Heels, where he played point guard and helped lead the team to the 2016 NCAA championship game. Paige now serves as an assistant coach at North Carolina. Notably, he holds citizenship in both the United States and Serbia.

On June 23, 2016, Marcus Paige was selected by the Brooklyn Nets with the 55th overall pick in the 2016 NBA draft, and was later traded to the Utah Jazz.
On August 22, 2016, Marcus Paige signed with the Utah Jazz, but was later waived on October 13.
In 2016, Marcus Paige broke the UNC record for career three-pointers made and helped the Tar Heels win the ACC tournament. He also lead them to the 2016 NCAA championship game, scoring 21 points and hitting a game-tying three-pointer in the final seconds.

In 2019, Marcus Paige helped the club to both the Serbian Cup and ABA League Supercup.

On September 16, 2021, Marcus Paige signed with French club Orléans Loiret Basket of the LNB Pro A.
On July 17, 2022, Marcus Paige signed with Spanish club Monbus Obradoiro of the Liga ACB.
On April 26, 2023, Marcus Paige agreed to join coach Hubert Davis's UNC coaching staff as director of team and player development.
Starting with the 2024-2025 season, Marcus Paige became a full assistant coach and assumed head coaching duties for the UNC junior varsity team.
