Mike McDaniel

Michael Lee McDaniel is an American football coach who previously served as the head coach of the Miami Dolphins for four seasons (2022-2026). He began his NFL coaching career in 2005 and rose through the ranks as an assistant coach for multiple teams, including the Houston Texans, Washington Redskins, Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers. He served as the offensive coordinator for the 49ers in 2021. McDaniel has experience in Super Bowl LI with the Falcons and Super Bowl LIV with the 49ers. He's currently the offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers.
