San Diego Wave FC is a professional women's soccer team in the NWSL, founded in 2021 and beginning play in 2022. They play their home games at Snapdragon Stadium. The Wave won the NWSL Shield in 2023 for having the league's best record. They also won the NWSL Challenge Cup in 2024.
