He was the head coach at UTEP from 2013-2017 and has held offensive line coaching positions with multiple NFL teams, including the Detroit Lions, Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Denver Broncos. Most recently, he served as the offensive line coach for the DC Defenders in the UFL.
