Tyrrell Hatton is an accomplished English professional golfer recognized for his success on both the European Tour and the PGA Tour. Notably, he has secured eight European Tour titles, including five prestigious Rolex Series events. His PGA Tour breakthrough came at the 2020 Arnold Palmer Invitational. Hatton's Ryder Cup experience includes three appearances, contributing to two winning teams. In 2024, he made a move to LIV Golf, where he currently competes as a member of the Legion XIII team.
In 2010, Tyrrell Hatton, as an amateur, successfully qualified for the Open Championship.
In 2012, Tyrrell Hatton joined the Challenge Tour after playing on the PGA EuroPro Tour and the Jamega Pro Golf Tour. He was medalist at PGA EuroPro Tour's qualifying school at Frilford Heath Golf Club and he followed this with a win at the Your Golf Travel Classic at Bovey Castle, later winning Rookie of the Year.
In 2013, Tyrrell Hatton achieved a pair of T-2 finishes at the Kazakhstan Open and The Foshan Open on the Challenge Tour.
Having finished 10th on the 2013 Challenge Tour rankings, Tyrrell Hatton qualified for the 2014 European Tour.
In 2014, Tyrrell Hatton finished T-2 at the Joburg Open and earned his place in The Open field after finishing in a tie for fourth place at the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open.
On October 9, 2016, Tyrrell Hatton won his first European Tour title at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship at St Andrews, finishing four shots ahead. He equalled the St Andrews Old Course record with a 62 in the third round. This win propelled him into the top 35 of the Official World Golf Ranking.
In 2017, after struggling, Hatton contended at the British Masters but finished T8. His temperament was questioned. He then successfully defended his Alfred Dunhill Links Championship title and won the Italian Open.
In November 2019, Tyrrell Hatton secured victory at the Turkish Airlines Open, finishing at 20-under-par and winning a six-man playoff for the title and the US$2,000,000 first prize.
In March 2020, Tyrrell Hatton claimed victory at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, marking his first PGA Tour win.

In September 2023, Tyrrell Hatton was on the European team for the 2023 Ryder Cup at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Guidonia, Rome, Italy. The European team won, and Hatton's record was 3–0–1, including a win in his Sunday singles match against Brian Harman.
