On September 1, 2018, Virna Jandiroba defended her Invicta FC Strawweight Championship title against Janaisa Morandin at Invicta FC 31, submitting Morandin in the second round.
On April 27, 2019, Virna Jandiroba made her UFC debut, replacing Livia Renata Souza, against Carla Esparza at UFC Fight Night: Jacare vs. Hermansson and lost by unanimous decision.
On December 7, 2019, Virna Jandiroba was initially scheduled to face Cortney Casey at UFC on ESPN 7, but after Casey withdrew, Livia Renata Souza was planned to replace her, but she also withdrew and Jandiroba ultimately faced Mallory Martin and won the fight by submission in the second round.
On August 15, 2020, Virna Jandiroba faced Felice Herrig at UFC 252. She won the fight via an armbar submission in the first round and earned a Performance of the Night award.

On August 5, 2023, Virna Jandiroba was scheduled to face Tatiana Suarez at UFC on ESPN 50, but in June it was announced that Jandiroba suffered an injury requiring knee surgery, and was replaced by Jessica Andrade.
On March 30, 2024, Virna Jandiroba faced Loopy Godinez at UFC on ESPN 54 and won the fight via unanimous decision.
On July 20, 2024, Virna Jandiroba faced Amanda Lemos at UFC on ESPN 60. She won the fight by an armbar submission in the second round, earning her another Performance of the Night award.
On December 7, 2024, Virna Jandiroba was scheduled to face Tatiana Suarez at UFC 310. However, Suarez reportedly withdrew from the fight due to an unspecified health issue, and the bout was subsequently removed from the card.
