De'Aaron Fox, nicknamed "Swipa," is an American professional basketball player currently playing for the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA. Prior to his NBA career, he played college basketball for the Kentucky Wildcats. Drafted fifth overall by the Sacramento Kings in 2017, Fox experienced a breakout season in 2023. That year, he earned his first All-Star Game selection, All-NBA Team honors, and was named NBA Clutch Player of the Year. He notably led the Kings to their first playoff appearance since 2006.
