Geno Smith

Eugene Cyril "Geno" Smith III is an American football quarterback currently playing for the New York Jets. After a successful college career at West Virginia, where he earned All-Big East honors in 2011, Smith was drafted by the Jets in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He began his career as the Jets' starting quarterback for two seasons, but after inconsistent performances and injuries, he lost the starting role and was released in 2016. Subsequently, he served as a backup quarterback for the New York Giants and the Los Angeles Chargers for two seasons.
