Markieff Morris is an American professional basketball player currently playing for the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA. He was drafted 13th overall by the Phoenix Suns in the 2011 NBA draft after playing college basketball at Kansas. Morris is an NBA champion, having won a title with the Lakers in 2020.
Due to the 2011 NBA lockout, Markieff Morris had his first Summer League stint in 2012, where he averaged 19.8 points and 9.8 rebounds per game.
