February 2023: Rio Open Success

Ranked No. 139 at the 2023 Rio Open, Nicolás Jarry defeated Lorenzo Musetti and Pedro Martínez to return to the quarterfinals and then defeated Sebastián Báez to reach his first ATP semifinal in more than three years (since Båstad in July 2019). On 27 February 2023, he moved to No. 87 in the rankings becoming the Chilean No. 1 player.

March 2023: Chile Open Victory

In March 2023, Nicolás Jarry received a special exempt to play in the 2023 Chile Open in Santiago. He defeated Juan Pablo Varillas, Diego Schwartzman, Yannick Hanfmann and Jaume Munar to reach the final. He defeated Tomás Martín Etcheverry to win his second title, and returned to the top 60 at world No. 52 on 6 March 2023.

May 2023: Geneva Open Title

In May 2023, Nicolás Jarry defeated Borna Ćorić and Alexei Popyrin at the 2023 Monte-Carlo Masters, reached the quarterfinals after a win over Dušan Lajović and won over Casper Ruud.
