Patriot Front is an American white supremacist and neo-fascist hate group that emerged from Vanguard America after the 2017 Unite the Right rally. The group blends American symbols with fascist imagery. By late 2021, internal sources indicated a membership of around 200. The Anti-Defamation League reported that Patriot Front was responsible for 82% of the reported incidents involving the distribution of racist, antisemitic, and other hateful propaganda in the U.S. in 2021, totaling 3,992 incidents across all continental states.
In 2017, Patriot Front split off from Vanguard America after the Unite the Right rally.
In 2017, following bad press from the Unite the Right rally, Thomas Ryan Rousseau rebranded Vanguard America as Patriot Front.

In August 2023, five Patriot Front affiliated individuals filed a lawsuit against an alleged member of the Puget Sound John Brown Gun Club for the infiltration, demanding punitive damages and claiming the disclosure of their identities cost them their jobs.
