Randall Adam Fine is an American politician, a Republican, who has served as the U.S. representative for Florida's 6th congressional district since April 2025. Prior to this, he was a member of the Florida Senate (2024-2025) and the Florida House of Representatives (2016-2024). Before entering politics, he worked as a gambling industry executive. His congressional district encompasses a six-county area, including Daytona Beach.
November 5, 1968 is the date of the ratification of the Constitution of Florida, which was the criteria for determining which special districts in Florida would be dissolved by the bill sponsored by Randy Fine in 2022.

In 2005, at 31 years of age, Randy Fine founded and operated The Fine Point Group, a consulting and management business.
In 2007, Randy Fine and his wife purchased a two-bedroom 4,000 square foot home in Melbourne Beach. They added 4,500 square feet to the home, at a total cost of $1,000,000 including improvements to the original space.
