Robert "Rob" Blake is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player and former general manager of the Los Angeles Kings. Drafted by the Kings in 1988, he played 11 seasons with them, reaching the 1993 Stanley Cup Finals and winning the Norris Trophy. In 2001, he was traded to the Colorado Avalanche, winning the Stanley Cup that year. After a brief return to the Kings, he finished his playing career with the San Jose Sharks, retiring as their captain in 2010. Blake was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2014 and also won the Stanley Cup as a member of the Kings' front office in 2014.
