Shawn Kemp, nicknamed "Reign Man," was a prominent American basketball player in the NBA. He played for the Seattle SuperSonics, Cleveland Cavaliers, Portland Trail Blazers, and Orlando Magic. Known for his powerful and acrobatic playing style, Kemp was a six-time NBA All-Star and earned three All-NBA Second Team selections. His high-flying dunks and exciting performances made him a fan favorite throughout his career.

On March 8, 2023, Kemp was arrested in Tacoma, Washington, in connection with a drive-by shooting. He was later charged with first-degree assault and pleaded not guilty. The case is ongoing.
