Shemar Moore is an American actor recognized for his prominent roles in television. He gained fame as Malcolm Winters on 'The Young and the Restless,' later starring as Derek Morgan on 'Criminal Minds' for twelve seasons. Currently, he leads the CBS series 'S.W.A.T.' as Sergeant Daniel "Hondo" Harrelson. Beyond television, Moore has appeared in film, notably as G.U.N. Agent Randall Handel in the 'Sonic the Hedgehog' film series. He also served as the host of 'Soul Train' from 1999 to 2003.
