Snitterfield is a village located in Warwickshire, England. It is situated near Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick, with a population of 1,226 as of the 2011 census.

1992: Stratford Oaks Golf Course Opens

The northern section of the former RAF Snitterfield was transformed into the Stratford Oaks Golf Course and Driving Range, which was completed in 1992.

2001: Welcombe Hills Vineyard Established

The Welcombe Hills vineyard was established in 2001. It is located at Vine Cottage, Kings Lane, Snitterfield, and produces English wines from Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, and Bacchus grape varieties.

2002: Snitterfield Village Shop Recognition and Housing Increase

The village shop in Snitterfield was voted the best in England in 2002. Additionally, there was a 10% increase in the number of houses in the village between 2002 and 2003.

June 2007: The Foxhunter Pub Fire
