Ty Jerome is an American professional basketball player currently with the Memphis Grizzlies in the NBA. He rose to prominence playing college basketball for the Virginia Cavaliers, where he played shooting guard and was a key member of their 2019 national championship-winning team. Drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in 2019, he was immediately traded to the Phoenix Suns. Jerome's NBA career has included stints with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors, and Cleveland Cavaliers before landing with the Grizzlies.

At the conclusion of the 2019 season, Ty Jerome announced his intention to forgo his final season of collegiate eligibility and declare for the 2019 NBA draft while hiring an agent.

On October 4, 2022, Ty Jerome signed with the Golden State Warriors for the rest of the preseason. He then signed a two-way contract to play with the affiliate Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA G League.
On November 16, 2020, Jerome was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder alongside Kelly Oubre Jr., Ricky Rubio, Jalen Lecque, and a 2022 first-round pick in exchange for Chris Paul and Abdel Nader.
