He gained prominence playing college basketball for the Virginia Cavaliers, where he played shooting guard on their 2019 national championship-winning team. Drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in 2019, he was immediately traded to the Phoenix Suns. Throughout his NBA career, he has also been a player for the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Golden State Warriors, before joining the Cleveland Cavaliers.
