Yassamin Ansari is an American politician and climate policy activist. She currently serves as the U.S. representative for Arizona's 3rd congressional district, a position she has held since 2025. Prior to her congressional role, Ansari was a member of the Phoenix City Council from 2021 to 2024. She is a member of the Democratic Party.
