Arian Smith is an American professional football wide receiver currently playing for the New York Jets in the NFL. He gained prominence during his college football career at the University of Georgia, where he contributed to the team's success in winning two national championships. His college performance paved the way for his transition to professional football.

In 2020, Arian Smith was selected to participate in the Under Armour All-American game after transferring to Lakeland High School, where he primarily played wide receiver. He also committed to play college football for the University of Georgia over Alabama.
In 2021, Arian Smith was named a first-team All-American for track and field. He also qualified for the SEC Championship for his performance in the 100-meter dash.
In 2022, Arian Smith missed time due to a high ankle sprain. However, in the Peach Bowl, he had a season-high 129 receiving yards, including a career-long 76-yard touchdown catch in a win against Ohio State.
In 2023, Arian Smith announced that he would focus solely on his football career and no longer compete in track and field.
In 2023, Arian Smith played in all fourteen games, scoring a touchdown against UAB and another against Florida State in the Orange Bowl.
In 2024, Arian Smith returned to play for Georgia. He caught a 50-yard touchdown against Tennessee Tech, had 132 yards and a touchdown against Alabama, and a career-high 134 yards with a touchdown against Mississippi State. Despite having the most drops in the Power Four conferences, he led the Bulldogs in receiving yards with 817. After the season, he declared for the 2025 NFL Draft.
