Fox Business is a conservative American business news channel and website owned by Fox News Media, a division of Fox Corporation. It was launched on October 15, 2007, and broadcasts from Midtown Manhattan. The network primarily focuses on trading day coverage in addition to offering a nightly lineup of opinion-based talk shows.

On September 17, 2012, Fox Business Network switched to a 16:9 letterboxed format, ending the enhanced HD format. The enhanced ticker and headlines were moved to the lower-third of the screen. Both the SD and HD feeds now use the same exact 16:9 letterbox format.
On February 24, 2014, Maria Bartiromo, formerly of CNBC, moved to Fox Business Network, where she would host Opening Bell with Maria Bartiromo and become a Fox News contributor.
