Mike Ford is an American professional baseball player currently in the Minnesota Twins organization. Primarily a first baseman and designated hitter, Ford has played in MLB for several teams including the New York Yankees, San Francisco Giants, Seattle Mariners, Atlanta Braves, Los Angeles Angels, and Cincinnati Reds. He also had a stint in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) with the Yokohama DeNA BayStars. His MLB career has been marked by periods of success as a power hitter.
