Jaylen Brown is an American professional basketball player currently playing for the Boston Celtics in the NBA. After a single year playing college basketball for the California Golden Bears, where he earned first-team all-conference honors and was named Pac-12 Freshman of the Year, Brown entered the 2016 NBA draft. He was subsequently selected by the Celtics as the third overall pick. In his professional career, Brown has played both shooting guard and small forward positions for the team.
