Jon Scheyer is an American basketball coach, currently the head coach of the Duke Blue Devils. He is a former professional basketball player. Taking over from the legendary Mike Krzyzewski in 2022, Scheyer quickly made an impact, securing an ACC tournament championship in his first season. Prior to his coaching career, Scheyer was a standout player himself, both in high school and at Duke University, where he won a national championship in 2010. He then had a brief professional career before transitioning to coaching. His early success at Duke highlights him as one of the rising coaches in college basketball.
