Karl-Anthony Towns Jr., known as KAT, is a Dominican-American professional basketball player currently playing for the New York Knicks in the NBA. He played college basketball for the Kentucky Wildcats. Towns began his international career early, joining the Dominican Republic national team at 16. His NBA career began after being drafted first overall by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2015 NBA draft.
