Alysha Clark is an American-Israeli professional basketball player currently with the Seattle Storm in the WNBA. Notably, she led the NCAA in scoring for three consecutive years during her college career. Drafted in the second round of the 2010 WNBA draft, Clark has since achieved considerable success, winning WNBA championships with the Seattle Storm in 2018 and 2020, and again with the Las Vegas Aces in 2023. She has also played internationally, leading CCC Polkowice to a Polish championship in 2018, earning MVP honors, and winning a French league title with Lyon Asvel in 2019. Clark is highly regarded for her defensive skills and clutch shooting ability.

In 2006, as a freshman, Alysha Clark led the Atlantic Sun Conference in total points, field goals, and free throws. She was named Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year, selected to the All-Atlantic Sun First Team and to the league's All-Freshman Team, and was named to the Atlantic Sun All-Tournament Team.
In 2007, Alysha Clark helped the Belmont University Lady Bruins to their first-ever NCAA tournament appearance. In 2006-07, she led the ASUN with 17.0 points per game, 12.6 rebounds per game, and a .580 field goal percentage and was named the Atlantic Sun Player of the Year for the second year in a row, and the Atlantic Sun Tournament Most Valuable Player.
In 2007, Alysha Clark transferred to Middle Tennessee State University and had to sit out the 2007-08 season.
Due to NCAA transfer rules, Alysha Clark sat out the 2007–08 season after transferring to Middle Tennessee State University.
In 2008-09, Alysha Clark led the NCAA with 27.3 points. She was named the Tennessee Sports Writers Association Player of the Year, and the Sun Belt Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year. Clark became the first basketball player ever to be named Player of the Year in two different Division I conferences.
From 2010 to 2013, Alysha Clark played on Ramat Hasharon of the Israeli National League during the WNBA off-season. She was awarded the Domestic Player of the Year Award and selected to the All-Israeli First team during her first year in 2010.
In 2009-10, Alysha Clark again led the NCAA with 28.3 points per game. She was the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year and Most Valuable Player of the Sun Belt Championships in 2009 and 2010.
In 2010, Alysha Clark was drafted in the second round of the WNBA draft by the San Antonio Silver Stars.
In 2011, Alysha Clark did not make the San Antonio Silver Stars roster.
In 2013, Alysha Clark's time with Ramat Hasharon of the Israeli National League concluded after playing there during the WNBA off-seasons since 2010.
In 2014, Alysha Clark began playing for Maccabi Ashdod.
Alysha Clark played for the Maccabi Ashdod during the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons, and was named the Player of the Year, Forward of the Year, and a First Team all-star.
In 2018, Alysha Clark started every game of the Seattle Storm's WNBA Championship run. She played a key role guarding Diana Taurasi in the Western Conference Finals and logged a double-double in the decisive Game 5. Clark also led the team in playing time and added 15 points in the Storm's championship-clinching win in the WNBA Finals against the Washington Mystics.
In 2019, Alysha Clark was named to the WNBA All-Defensive Second Team.
In 2020, Alysha Clark secured her second WNBA championship as the Seattle Storm swept the Las Vegas Aces.
In 2020, Alysha Clark was chosen for the WNBA All-Defensive First Team.
In 2020, Alysha Clark was named to the Middle Tennessee Hall of Fame.
In February 2021, Alysha Clark signed with the Washington Mystics. However, she was ruled out of playing during the 2021 WNBA season due to a Lisfranc injury received while playing in France.
In December 2022, Alysha Clark signed with the Israeli champions Elitzur Ramla until the end of the season. She began training again under Shira Halyon, who had previously trained her in the EuroCup.
In February 2023, Alysha Clark signed with the Las Vegas Aces.
On September 18, 2023, Alysha Clark was awarded the WNBA Sixth Player of the Year Award.
In 2023, Alysha Clark won her third WNBA championship with the Las Vegas Aces.
In February 2024, Alysha Clark joined the WNBA Changemakers Collective and their collaboration with VOICEINSPORT (VIS) as a mentor, "aimed at keeping girls in sport and developing diverse leaders on the court and beyond the game."
