Javier Báez

Ednel Javier "Javy" Báez, known as "El Mago", is a Puerto Rican professional baseball utility player currently with the Detroit Tigers in MLB. He previously played for the Chicago Cubs and the New York Mets. Báez also represents the Puerto Rican national team in international competitions.

1906: Reference to Cubs' Last Playoff Win

The 1-0 victory in the 2016 NLDS Game 1, was the first 1–0 win in a playoff game for the Cubs since game 4 of the 1906 World Series against the Chicago White Sox.
