Udonis Haslem is an American basketball executive and former player, most notably for the Miami Heat, where he spent his entire 20-year NBA playing career and currently serves as Vice President of Basketball Development. He's one of only three players to play 20 years with a single NBA team. Before joining the Heat in 2003, he played college basketball for the Florida Gators and professionally in France. Haslem, a Miami native, is a three-time NBA champion (2006, 2012, 2013) and retired as the Heat's longest-tenured player.
