28 Days Later

28 Days Later is a post-apocalyptic horror film where a man wakes from a coma in London to find society collapsed due to a highly contagious rage-inducing virus. He meets other survivors, including Selena and Mark, and they journey to what they hope is a safe haven: a military base outside of Manchester. Upon arriving, they discover the soldiers, led by Major Henry West, have sinister plans and are not the salvation they hoped for. The film explores themes of societal breakdown, humanity's capacity for violence, and the struggle for survival in the face of overwhelming odds. The protagonists must confront both the infected and the depravity of the uninfected to survive.
