January 6, 2025: Disney Announces Intent to Acquire Stake in Fubo, Merger with Hulu Live TV

On January 6, 2025, The Walt Disney Company announced its intent to acquire a 70% stake in Fubo. Fubo will merge with Hulu's live TV service to become a sister service to Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu. The merger is expected to be completed between January 2026 and July 2026.

February 2025: Streaming Fubo Sports Linear Network on Over-the-Air Channels
