Global Citizen Festival

The Global Citizen Festival, an annual music festival, was launched in 2012 by Global Poverty Project and founded by Ryan Gall and Hugh Evans. Gall was inspired by Austin City Limits and sought to replace corporate branding with charity branding on stage. The festival aims to raise awareness and encourage action towards ending extreme poverty.
